Ma Udaysree – Founder of Anahata Ministry

Ma Udaysree is the founder of Anahata Ministry, establishing a spiritual community dedicated to heart-centered growth and yogic wisdom since 2025. As an ordained minister specializing in prayer ministry since 2020, she guides individuals and groups in devotional and meditative practices.

In 2015, she authored the book “Living at Arunachala: In the Foothills of a Sacred Mountain in South India,” sharing insights from nearly six years spent in India—including visits to the sacred mountain of Arunachala, the fire elements temple of Arunachaleshwara Shiva, the Lord Balaji temple in Tirupati, and the renowned 2016 Kumbha Mela in Ujjain.

Udaysree became a Certified Master Spiritual Life Coach in 2014, focusing on yoga lifestyle coaching that integrates practical teachings with spiritual depth. From 2008 to 2013, she served for four years as a pujacharya and meditation guide at a family Hindu temple, embodying the principles of Bhakti Yoga through ritual leadership and contemplative guidance. Her spiritual foundation is rooted in nearly thirty years of study in the teachings of Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism), including participation in communities like Self-Realization Fellowship, Vedanta Society of California, and Nithyananda Hindu University.

Additionally, Udaysree was certified as a Hatha Yoga teacher by Desert Song Yoga in 1995, with further advanced studies at Nithyananda Hindu University in Bangaluru in 2007. Her journey reflects lifelong dedication to the study and practice of oneness, yoga, and interfaith harmony.
